Alfonza Hall, 47, was one of three men killed in an Oct. 5 shooting at a home on Welch Street in southwest Atlanta. With the help of U.S. marshals, Brandon Way, 33, was arrested on Dec. 3 in Ellenwood and charged with three counts of murder.
