Donte Oneal Billingsley, 29, was shot in the 1200 block of Donnelly Avenue in southwest Atlanta on July 13. A 15-year-old suspect, whose name was not released, was later charged with murder. Billingsley is survived by his father, sister and grandmother, who posted this tribute online: “To my grandson, I loved you all your life and I will love you for the rest of mine. Donte’ I will see you again.”
