Eva M. Jones loved making everyone laugh. The grandmother was less than three weeks away from celebrating her 60th birthday when she was struck by at least 10 bullets in a drive-by shooting on Oct. 20. She had been asleep at the Pavilion Place Apartments in the 500 block of Cleveland Avenue.
