Ezekiel McNair, 36, died Jan. 2 after he was shot near the Five Points MARTA Station. An Atlanta police officer patrolling the area heard the shots and saw a man running from the scene, where McNair lay on the ground. Samuel Arnold, 26, was charged with murder and remains in the Fulton County Jail.
