Herman Gibbs, 32, a father of two young sons, loved to rap and sing. His family said that’s what he was doing when he was shot on Dec. 1 outside a music studio in the 3700 block of Campbellton Road. Police discovered him and another man in the parking lot, both shot multiple times.
