Jabari Parker, 25, was found shot in a wrecked car the evening of July 17. His white Kia Optima crashed into a tree in the 2000 block of Abner Place in northwest Atlanta. Parker was found in the driver’s seat with multiple gunshot wounds, including two to the head. Raji Devontae Williams was charged with murder.
