Joshua Chafin, 39, was found dead on Oct. 8 in an SUV parked on Compton Drive in southeast Atlanta. He had been shot to death. An avid Tar Heels fan, Chafin loved Michael Jordan and NASCAR and worked for Oconee Metal, according to his obituary.
