Keane O’Kelley, 52, was shot just after midnight on Nov. 3 at a house on Lynway Lane in southwest Atlanta. Tawanna Juana Stillwell was initially charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, jail records show. The charges were upgraded to murder after O’Kelley died on Nov. 8.
