Marcus Malik Sims, 23, died in a drive-by shooting on June 30 that injured four others in the 600 block of Parkway Drive in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. The five were standing on the sidewalk on Parkway Drive when a burgundy-colored Dodge, possibly a Challenger or Charger, drove up and shots were fired.
