Police believe Remarcus Lowe, 41, was killed in a gun battle at a southeast Atlanta apartment complex on April 25. Lowe was found with a handgun in his hand. Marcus Rozier was also injured but left the hospital before he could be arrested. In December, APD announced Rozier had been charged with murder.
