Sergio Rowell, 30, was fatally shot on Aug. 2 during a fight at Woodruff Park, according to police. Rowell, who was homeless, was shot in the torso by a 15-year-old. The teen, not named because of his age, was arrested 10 days later after investigators linked him to a July double shooting that left another man dead in southwest Atlanta.
