Tydrecko Lee, 18, was struck by a speeding vehicle on March 1. His body was found on Garibaldi Street in Mechanicsville in southwest Atlanta by officers who were called to the scene after reports of gunfire. A juvenile, not named because of the person’s age, was charged with murder.
