Surveillance video shows a man following Victoria Johnson into the building of her downtown Atlanta apartment on July 23 before using her keys to steal her car and leave with her laptop and purse. She was later found in her home with a head injury caused by blunt-force trauma. She was 26. Raji Devontae Williams was charged with murder.
