She was shot in Atlanta.
Three black males entered the Barcelona Wine Bar as the restaurant was closing and tied up the employees with electrical tape. Beller, the restaraunt's manager, was forced upstairs to open the safe and then shot. The three suspects fled on foot and hijacked a vehicle at the "Yeah Burger" across the street, but later abandoned it. Beller was taken to Grady Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Carlous Bailey, 20, Terry Jones, 19, Samuel Ott, 21, and Ira Williams, 19, were indicted on 34 charges including murder, felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, false imprisonment, burglary in the second degree, participation in criminal street gang activity and smash-and-grab burglary, the DA said.
