Investigators believe Lamora Williams, 24, placed her two sons, Ja'Karter Williams and Ke'Younte Penn, in an oven and then turned it on. She has been arrested and charged with murder. Williams video-called the boys' father and showed him the crime scene, and he called 911. She then called 911 herself, but waited a full two minutes before sharing her address with the dispatcher. Family members and friends said they believe Williams struggled with mental health problems. She has been charged with murder.
